- Engage in constructive communication, even when offering feedback or raising concerns.
- Listen to feedback and strive to be approachable and responsive.
- Work transparently, fairly, and collaboratively, keeping the best interests of the group at heart.
- Uphold the values of Perthshire Open Studios – collaboration, creativity, inclusion, and mutual support.
- Respect deadlines, processes, and guidelines set out by the Board to help Perthshire Open Studios run smoothly.
- Promote Perthshire Open Studios in a positive and professional manner in both public and private settings, including on social media.
Rudeness, personal attacks, or abusive behaviour towards fellow members, visitors or professional advisors will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Such behaviour may result in a warning, removal from the directory, exclusion from future events, at the discretion of the Board.
Perthshire Open Studios is made up of fellow artists and makers who are donating their time and energy to support our shared creative community.
